Digital Goods and Services Return Policy
No Refunds or Exchanges, excepting that mentioned in the FAQ regarding Mini-Course 1.
As Gogen Languages specializes exclusively in digital language learning resources, including audiobooks, video courses, and membership subscriptions, we adopt a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned once it is accessed, downloaded, or used.
For Mini-Course 1, we make an exception.Ā If we know that you have reasonably tried out the course (significant usage) without consuming the entirety of the course or near entirety, we will provide you with a refund.Ā Contact us at [email protected]Ā within 7 days of your purchase to receive the refund.
Access and Usage
Once a product is accessed or used, it is considered consumed. This includes:
- Downloaded or streamed audiobooks and videos
- Activated membership or subscription services
- Any digital content viewed, played, or engaged with

Technical Issues and Support
We stand by the quality of our digital offerings and provide support for limited technical issues encountered, such as problems with downloading or accessing our products. We will endeavor to resolve the issue, offering technical assistance or product replacement as appropriate.
Legal Compliance
Gogen Languages complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions we operate. Notwithstanding our no-refund policy, we recognize certain legal rights under specific circumstances, such as the European Union's consumer protection laws, which allow for the cancellation of a digital product purchase within 14 days provided the service has not been accessed, downloaded, or used. These exceptions are strictly limited to the conditions and jurisdictions where such laws apply.
Refund Process
In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed applicable by law or due to a verified inability on our part to provide the purchased service, refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. Note that Gogen Languages is not responsible for any associated costs incurred during the original purchase or refund process, such as foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other financial charges.
